Pay is in line with the industry. The medical benefits leave some to be desired. When compared to other companies of similar size, the medical benefits are not near as good as others programs out there.

Its not about compensation its about the fact that that they over mandate us, and were lucky if we got one or 2 days off a week working 10 or 12 hour days.

For my experience and certifications I make 10-15k less than in the market. The company continues to add more work to an already thinly stretched IT staff. The company just quietly laid off 7 people at HQ. Rumors are there are more to come. Projects have just been cut. Many disgruntled employees.

Ryder headquarters is run by a old boy network. There are many people who have worked there many years and who do very little to contribute to the company. Ryder puts managers in place who do not deserve to be there and who have never managed. They don't give them the training needed to manage.
