Customers do not feel they are getting fair value. Employee unhappiness/discontent is being show through service and care.

Since there is such a high turnover of new hires, experienced employees do not care to get to know or help new hires. If new hires would be helped and accepted, they may stay, turnover would decrease, and the overall environment would improve.
Leadership changes direction weekly. Let people do what they are hired to do. Some executive in miami shouldnt be micromanaging everything field employees do.
The upper managment has no managment skills or honest communication skills or understanding of employees home life.

We need more higher pay. Award the Employees. Give our Bonuses back in our paychecks.Value the Employees for the hard work. Offer Sick days just in case Corona Virus comes in this Company. We don't want to use our Vacation days for Sick Days.Promoted employees for our Hard Work.

Ryder doesn't know how to treat good employees. There are no incentives to work harder then your coworker. Managers just give flat rate yearly increases regardless of how well or hard you have worked. Only Managers get bonuses.
