Difficult for me because I believe that my career is more important so I spend a lot of my personal time working, which is my choice, not because of Ryder.

Healthcare/Dental/Vision, 401k, stock sharing options, legal services, short/long term disability, banking, life insurance, discounted services (from outside companies like discounts relating to vacations, cell phone, auto purchase and repair, gym, etc), 1-5 yrs. 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick, 2 floating days (in recognition of your birthday and company anniversary), and more but can’t think of everything.
