How much diversity is there among employees at Ryder System?
A fair amount. I have no complaints.
What are you most excited about working at Ryder System?
Everything. I love Ryder!
What's the office layout like at Ryder System?
Rental, lease, service-all 3 have their own Directors and Managers/Supervisors
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Ryder System?
Difficult for me because I believe that my career is more important so I spend a lot of my personal time working, which is my choice, not because of Ryder.

What benefits does Ryder System provide?
Healthcare/Dental/Vision, 401k, stock sharing options, legal services, short/long term disability, banking, life insurance, discounted services (from outside companies like discounts relating to vacations, cell phone, auto purchase and repair, gym, etc), 1-5 yrs. 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick, 2 floating days (in recognition of your birthday and company anniversary), and more but can’t think of everything. A lot of great benefits.

Application online, phone interview with recruiter, interview, recruiter offer, background check/drug test, then offer via phone and then in a document with start date.
How long do the interviews usually take at Ryder System?
That depends on you and of course the manager too. Obviously, the longer, the better.
How secure do you feel at your job at Ryder System?
I feel secure. I do my job and do not cause problems.
