I work in Bloomfield, CT so it's much different than a regular location. However I tend to see that management looks at Service Employees as bottom of the barrel. Want them to everything while techs sit around, and chit chat with managers all day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with drivers and my co-workers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being leaders. I understand trying new ideas but constantly micromanaging workers is why nobody wants to work for bigger companies any more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The guys who aren't apart of management at my location keep each other going. Constantly pushing, and motivating one another to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with goes to work HARD! Jobs get done quickly, and efficiently. Aside from management trying to micromanage, we manage to get the jobs done fairly quick.
