Great Culture for this company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Ryder needs to hire more team members. Employees are doing more than 3 jobs per 1 person. Overworking their employees to much. No time for life and underpaid. Sometimes makes you feel like you want to quit the job,but Ryder has poor management and no time for growing opportunities.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need more higher pay. Award the Employees. Give our Bonuses back in our paychecks.Value the Employees for the hard work. Offer Sick days just in case Corona Virus comes in this Company. We don't want to use our Vacation days for Sick Days.Promoted employees for our Hard Work.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

After applying for a New position in the company. Its good to contact the person that applied for the job. A call or Email. Not just call once. Never hear back from the recruiter if i got the new position or not. They just end up ghosting you which is really rude. Giving the hopes up for this compan
