The insurance offered through the Ryder that I work at is atrocious and Ryder should be embarrassed that they offer such shody insurance to their employees. The insurance is the bare minimum that can be offered.

The benefits at Ryder have always been poor. With over 30,000 employees it should not be.

Getting fair raises. Having the staff be paid in equivalent to the executives. It is crazy that executives are making over 300 times what the lowest paid person is making.
