Toxic environment and clueless management. Proximo, the customer would probably agree. Mostly based around two of those in leadership roles there.

I have been with this company for many years and the culture / work environment has gotten worse over the years. It use to be a place people enjoyed working at and now the overall environment is depressing and the employees are not happy.
The beginning of my career was great but with E team changes, slimmer margins and driver shortages, the focus is absolutely off the mark when it comes to developing bench strength.
