Make them in person instead of over the phone.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to have more integrity and honesty. They lie as they see fit and change rules on the fly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The insurance offered through the Ryder that I work at is atrocious and Ryder should be embarrassed that they offer such shody insurance to their employees. The insurance is the bare minimum that can be offered.
