Strategic and open to ideas
Leadership team that seems genuinely driven by concern for wellbeing of their team and employees above all else.

Dictatorship. Favoritsm and unilateral actions hurting team's morale. Talents have left the company for better opportunities

Compensation for all employees, not just for themselves
What is the best part about your compensation package?
good increases, bonus structure are good
Pet care, family planning, and wellness stipend
Comp is good, benefits are excellent.
Provident and Medical aid cover
It goes without saying that the company sees its employees as human beings (given that leaves take into account exam leaves, wedding leaves, volunteer leaves, etc.)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am excellent at my job and would be paid twice as much anywhere else. Patiently waiting
Lately there have been no salary increases whatsoever to keep up with inflation. Salaries here are no longer competitive.

They are hardworking and always hopeful for the better.

Better talent and diversity training
Everyone still works from home and hasn't been back to the office yet
The intension is such that message should be conveyed to those so that no body prospectus candidate should be victimization.

Purge the invariably incompetent and weak ' yes men '. Remove those that lead through fear and bullying. Invest in HR, Invest in strategy . Invest in proffesional help to evaluate and redesign organization. Embrace and encourage
Less command/control and stop relying on the same people who have continued to fail at driving innovation over the 10+ years at the company

It's a very friendly culture. Probably the nicest I've ever been at. People talk so much that it's at the detriment of getting business done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Gave me a chance to see what it woukd be like to work with the team
My interview process was very streamlined, respectful, and efficient. No needlessly drawn out sequences of panels or take-home assignments. The team knows what they are looking for and when they see it, they make the hire. Recent changes to recruiting team are concerning, though.
People were genuinely curious about me and how I could benefit the organization. Many people were involved in the process.
The interviewers makes one feel comfortable with keeping the first round like a casual chat which breaks the ice. The interview process is well-structured and professional.

Communication doesn't exist because all the activity are externalized
