My interview process was very streamlined, respectful, and efficient. No needlessly drawn out sequences of panels or take-home assignments. The team knows what they are looking for and when they see it, they make the hire. Recent changes to recruiting team are concerning, though.
People were genuinely curious about me and how I could benefit the organization. Many people were involved in the process.
