Probably an excellent experience if you are based out of Saudi Arabia, but based in the U.S. we are a bit like forgotten step children, more of an after thought. Great benefits, but headcount reductions significantly impact productivity, leaving people to feel like they are drowning.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ground level experience. Senior leadership has no insight into the day to day responsibilities of the job, which means that assignments and expectations are unrealistic.
