Outdated plantsite in an outdated industry. Not really looking to the future. Very stubborn in their management practices. Still behaving like its a GE company with no other competition for jobs. Most areas are frozen due to lack of employees, so be prepared to be stuck in an area for 7-10 years .

Union. Leadership doesn't listen otherwise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to the people who actually do the work. Work with employees to build a future for the site . Stop telling people to quit when they complain, maybe try listening.
