Sabic talks a good talk but doesnt walk the walk. They just keep taking benefits away, make less and less each year. No advancement oppurtunities and horrible to women

Need to capatilize on good talent instead of driving them away There are way too many leaders who choose to not do what they know is right. MORE TRAINING IS NEEDED
