With inflation at a 40 year high we got s pay CUT of 9000 dollars a year and day staff got a 3.5% RAISE !! Sabic does not care or respect their plant operators, pitiful!!!!

By not cutting operators pay while giving non exempt day personnel a raise !!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't interview with Sabic , unfortunately they bought us , i would not recommend to any friend to interview for this company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realise the people actually running their multi million dollar plant , the operators are the ones making them money , not the office personnel!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
By not taking money from the people who work shift , who joined this company under the pretense thatvthey would receive a certain package and were lied to !
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give the shift workers the money their suppose to get , what this company said they were going to pay us . Aramco made record profits and we're having the highest inflation in 40 years and you CUT OUR PAY and give dat staff a raise !! It shows how much you think of the people who run your plants.
