Retention of good talent - there seems to be a high turnover rate.
401(k) match but I'm not sure what else is out there - could probably be better
This is team-specific, but my current team gets along really well and is full of intelligent people. There's a lot to learn in my current role and I feel well-supported by my peers.
Retention - recognize your employees worth. Focus on a goal instead of jumping from one thing to another. Hire more people because what I hear is people leave because they are overwhelmed, and that just perpetuates the problem as other people have to take on their responsibilities too.
This definitely varies by team (I've been on more than one). Most of the people are incredibly supportive and I'm comfortable reaching out to them for help, and never feel like I'm competing with them (also I'm early in my career). It's a diverse group that enjoys being around each other 8hrs/day.
