Looking at the market, I'm about 30% off compared to similar positions elsewhere, and it would help me to be happy to make more money, so that when other companies come knocking which has happened at the end of last year and this year, I'm not as tempted to leave. Even a 25% increase would help me.

Management does not know, nor understand the knowledge and capabilities of high-value employees because they lack knowledge about the system and industry. Also more money and growth opportunities.

Compensation for level 12,11 and 9 must be market competitive or atleast 10-20% higher for retention. These level employees are key resources ( alot of time invested in training them) and can leave for higher package once trained. Need to focus here
