Talk directly with the front-line teams, and get data directly from them in a close and safe environment. Contrast that with official reports and middle-management feedback.

There is no inspiration coming from our leaders. Seems they come from a past age. We talk a lot being a different company but I am reminded of the Sabre we were 10 years or longer ago.

Depending on which leadership we talk. There is no conversation with leadership and they treat the employees like a kids. We are mature people with lots of problems in this changed world - high cost of life without proper salary. All benefits are taken from us too.
