People at Sabre tend to want to get in & get out and the "culture" feels forced. Wish there were more opportunities for actual fun virtual events that don't have to do with work.

I am referring to co-worker in different from mine. I think we all are doing out own job and lack of communication and understanding towards each other. Perhaps it's due to the different reporting line and we are only prompt to answer to our manager instead of working as a Team.

My coworkers could improve on actively listening to others' perspectives, and collaborating to leverage diverse ideas. We may need to work better if we have chance to meet in person once a quarter so that we can get to know each other in personal level and learn their work ethics.

They should showcase skill as per their designation, which is lacking. They should not seek hand holding. When there is time zone difference then team meeting/standup/general discussion should not overrun the allotted time.
