The workload and expectations are high in the meat department. We could be much more effective if we had more time to do quality work. We are constantly cutting corners to get our jobs done in the time we are given .
Do more to help employees in departments. Most of us work 2-4 hours by yourself and don't feel we can call management to help us when we need it.
all corporate upper management has to work in stores for 4 weeks a year. so they really understand how things work
Better managers, division leaders, n corporatd leaders. Offer more to employees like profit sharing or better bonus payouts
Start over at the top. Replace management with people who actually do the job they're paid to do.
Minimize the corporate team and train management to be real leaders and treat people right.
Start closing all stores at 1am or earlier.
