Dept Mgrs didn't get raises,not even when min wage went up. There is only a few $$ difference from new hires to Dept Mgrs. Undervalued, YES

I work in multiple dept. Do multple jobs, recieve a ton of customer comments giving me praise, and just make a journeymans wage with no chan

All corporate wants is more more and give less and less. Never does any employee get praised for the job they have done, no matter what!

When I started with Safeway Journeyman pay was almost 4 times the state minimum wage. Now it's less than half. Our retirement is under funde
