They are supportive! I feel we all have a shared goal that we are invested in, and commit to working together on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find that unlike other organizations I have worked for, our processes in terms of merit increases and promotions is fair. Nobody is competitive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have confidence in the leadership team because they are transparent. They never fail to inform us of decisions that they make, and why. However, I do feel that top-down communication (manager-employees) could be better.
