What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our leadership team shares company-wide updates with full transparency. We are a large organization and they do a great job communicating all updates between qual and quant.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is our new bonus structure. In the past, our bonus's were based company wide but now we received bonus's based on our own personal achievements.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy working with I've gotten to meet some amazing people and I have learned a lot about the industry! I also like the diversity in work between healthcare and consumer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sago offers many different ERGs to get all employees engaged and involved while keeping it a safe space. I am part of the Wellness ERG which helps me with daily reminders and tips about mental health wellness.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very close. I can always rely on them to help answer any questions I have or step in to help me with project coverage. We also make sure to have a laugh at every team meeting.
