My team is very supportive when I'm super busy. I can really count on them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe I feel undervalued, however, I do feel the salaries don't match the amount of workload we have and or responsibilities. If due to budget salaries can't be increased, then the company should work on a better benefit program.
