my direct manager is always coaching and allowing me to grow and learn

the collaboration of my department and I like the wellness pushes that have been initiated

Working with my department and manager. Making clients happy, but most of all watching my staff learn and grow and want to just be the best them they can be

What are some of the best things about your team?

there are some that I love connecting with, collabing with and learning from. But there are just as many if not more that are not pleasant to work with, push work off, or micromanage.
