Compensation is below competitive for the industry and has become stagnant. Benefits are minimal.

Poor financial decisions causing roadblocks and hurdles for successful project execution. Employee value is non existent.

Employee appreciation and investment in improving morale. Added pressures on teams with regards to successful project execution despite obstacles caused by poor financial decisions.
