Aligning salaries between similar jobs & conditions. I see no possibility of progress

It used to be a familiar company although it was big, but now it looks like a factory

I think I deserve a little more as we work as a Team even though we are in different countries. One corporate lider mentioned once that we hire talent wherever it is.
