Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Project Manager's salary is far below the national standard and desperately needs to be reevaluated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very dedicated to ensuring they provide consistent communication regarding any updates, notices, and changes that are being made.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is incredibly real and friendly and that has always been one of my favorite aspects of working here. It doesn't matter if it's someone you've worked with for years or the first time you speak with someone, no one is a stranger.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to feel as if I can run my own ship. I have worked many jobs where I was micro-managed and I don't do well in this type of environment. My manager is always there for support, to communicate updates, discuss goals but is NEVER breathing down my neck.
