i am very happy here, its been 4 years now and the thing which i dont like is bonusly. Employees should be recognized in monthly townhall meetings. getting 50 bonusly point for completing 4 years is shameful.

Working with team together and interacting in person.

Welcoming ideas to improve our productivity and helping whenever required.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team outing and offsite. But we should also have annual celebration.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Length of service...Feels good to get bonus and salary together but only once in a year.
