What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Team & facilities that we got.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone has different skills and we complete each other when we talk about a team.

What makes you most happy at work?

I'm passionate about my accountabilities and always like to do the best for each project/client & team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I don't have much interaction with them but share my views with my manager so I can't say anything at this point.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In my entire career, only this time I felt that I didn't get the right feedback & rating during my appraisal. Instead of focusing on my team, I agreed to be flexible so I can contribute more to the company's growth as I always tried in so many years. In the end, didn't get results as per expectation
