I feel like I get a good amount of PTO, and I feel like the company values its employees using their PTO to stay fresh and motivated at work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the challenge and variety of projects that I get to work on. I also put a lot of value on feeling utilized; I feel like I am a good worker and my talents are being put to good use here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know it's cliched but the company does really feel like a family. I am close with so many of my coworkers, and I get along with everyone; I genuinely care about everyone on the team, and I feel like they feel the same about me.
