Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A living wage is the absolute least a company should pay an employee and Sally's starts everyone at minimum wage with your maximum raise a year being .38 cents unless you are promoted. Minimum wage was raised in our state and they did not adjust wages making new hires make the same as tenured.

Hours are bot based on performanc but if you have a close relationship to management you get hours and are exempt from corrective actions/ writeups

I wouldn't be surprised if the books were being cooked either.

I'm doing manager work for low pay. It feels like i'm doing someone a favor more than actually getting my job done. I'm a beauty advisor. I'm only supposed to advise people on beauty. Thats it. Thats what i signed up for. So again, i'm leaving the company asap.

If it had been more than 13 an hour, plus my manager would only schedule me 11 hours in a week and i know more about hair and beauty thab sge does. Shes so rude she wint even give me the numver to HR, and i think she tampered with my adp sign in, because i cant access anything.

Better pay for what we are asked to do. The benefits are a joke right now. 1 ladies was labeled full time and has earned her days and holiday pay. DM doesn't want her to have them. Twila Miller wanted her to be labeled as part time. So she can earn this.

I am not treated the same as co workers by mgt, bullying. Everyone gets opening hours, everyone is equipped with the keys to open and close I do not. I am part time and mandated to work on Sundays. I was hired I took the position in agreement to not work Sundays as I have prior commitments.

I do so much work for so little pay. I speak spanish and have not gonna a raise for that.

Im a beauty advisor who is constantly overlooked by upper management for leadership roles. My manager does nothing thats listed in her job description so I pick up the slack without any recognition.

I need a raise. Sally's is very demanding. I am thinking of leaving as I was told I received a raise and have never got it. I have been with sally's about a year. I have checked around and I can get another retail job for more money and a lot less work. Also, I feel I have not been fully trained.

I've been doing Sandra's job half the time and everything else a manager does but I'm stuck at base pay. It's whatever but the leadership is just awful.

My team works hard and does what we are told to do and we dont get paid fairly. We are told we will get more hours and never do

We are payed 10 dollars an hour and expected to take on managerial tasks as well as keyholder tasks without any raise

Because i amd a hard dedicated worker and i am a lisenced cosmetologist.

better pay and better benefits would be nice to be honest.

Would love not to be harrased for having medical issues.

Higher wages for ehat is expected fir you to do slong with share of profit when sales plan ate made instead of msnager getting it all. Tired of being a used snd sbused employee.
