A lot of things are wrong with this company, starting with the disrespect and selfishness that this company is so inconsiderate that they don't care about their employees, and at any point in time there could have been serious injuries leading to death by the people that would come to steal.
We need a store manager that will actually do their job and not make their employees feel like dirt everytime we work with them.
Following their own rules and standards and holding EVERYONE accountable for their actions. Managers calling off and putting their workload on those beneath them without consequnces.
Our shipments are on consistent in constantly come damaged, which causes us to receive backlash from the customers about products they need, and since most of the stores in the area are closing, they have to drive an hour or more to get their product from our store in person

I have seen so many bad reviews and it seems like the leadership doesnt care about ithe employees. Employees are quitting and no ine seems to care. Increase the pay for your employees. Give incentives to yiur employees. Your company makes a good profit you need to give back.

Emphasis on building the basket, pick, gitk is helpful to some customers but is very annoying to many customers and drives them away. Profitable stores are set with unreasonable goals while unprofitable stores have basically no goals for month, and are kept open and are a waste of money.
