They do not treat their employees with equality. You can be a Korean male (or Caucasion male) with no good work ethics, and you would be treat better than ANYONE ELSE that have indespensable skils and talent. Let's not talk about their poor training methods and last minute changes that make no sense
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The direct manager was doing everything and anything that they could to make things work... going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make Samsung's poor decisions benefit the company. Everyone above the manager was just ignorant or lacked common sense in how to perform their duties and goals.
