Being able to work with my co-workers and partners to build products and services.

Being a small group. I was actually interviewed by the VP of our group
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing at my workplace is that overall everyone is very friendly and respectful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small and tight knit team. Everyone has their expertise and everyone's opinion is valued. This very different from the regular Samsung.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a fairly independent group, we've been somewhat insulated by the frequent changes that the main business units of Samsung experience quarter to quarter.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was able to negotiate what I felt was a fair and reasonable salary and bonus schedule. I got frequent raises in both salary and bonus. The increases were between 9-10%.
