What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Relationship with the people working at Samsung, even if they work 60+ hours a week they can't expect everyone to follow the same path and devotion towards a company. and most of the time, the people hired are brought to this company because of the name of their previous company and not their exper.
We need to work together as a team
They honestly need to listen better and try to acknowledge the workers.

Sometimes we don’t even get breaks, I barely feel human on worse days. If they changed the work place and the environment, it would make me feel better about the compensation and the way they pay me ba
evaluation and recognition are not fair
it would be better if I didn't work from 6pm to 9 am and get paid better
Under valued. Mbo is so convoluted low performers end up getting same rate of pay as high performers
It would be best if there was a retirement plan.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are for show rather than to drive results. Remove the theater and create substance

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
we should focus on tool to grow people
It should feel more like a big family who supports each other, but we are all just too busy working over time or just thinking about getting home early that day to actually be working more efficiently or talking to one another. We should be a better team together.
every one needs to be fired and then think of a better way to manage the company then hire other people
Improve tools and processes, reduce the stress and hours demanded, improve diversity

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process to get in was very difficult for the most boring and annoyingly repetitive jobs. It should just be easier. I honestly thought work would be so much more fun and challenging when I first did I the interview as the interview process was difficult. But working here is nothing.
