Relationship with the people working at Samsung, even if they work 60+ hours a week they can't expect everyone to follow the same path and devotion towards a company. and most of the time, the people hired are brought to this company because of the name of their previous company and not their exper.

It should feel more like a big family who supports each other, but we are all just too busy working over time or just thinking about getting home early that day to actually be working more efficiently or talking to one another. We should be a better team together.
every one needs to be fired and then think of a better way to manage the company then hire other people

The interview process to get in was very difficult for the most boring and annoyingly repetitive jobs. It should just be easier. I honestly thought work would be so much more fun and challenging when I first did I the interview as the interview process was difficult. But working here is nothing.
