Mr. Kuykendall also serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Sandy Spring Bank, Inc. since 2002, where he served as its Vice President and Senior Vice President. He joined Sandy Spring Bancorp Inc. as General Counsel in 2000 and provides leadership to the Sandy Spring Bancorp and its subsidiaries in all legal, governance, regulatory and general insurance matters.
