Friendly and supportive teammates that I can count on. This applies to the majority of the departments. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for a few particular departments. I suppose this might be a result of the subculture of that particular department.

KPIs are heavy, bias management, treat old people as weak people, no respect to experience, no welcome to ideas
