Mr. Becher served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pilot Software Inc. and was responsible for overall strategic direction of Pilot Software. Mr. Becher served as an Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Accrue Software Inc. since April 18, 2002 and served as its Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy since January 2000. He Co-founded Neovista Software, Inc. He served as Chief Technology Officer of NeoVista Software from March 1996 to January 2000. Previously, Mr. Becher served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NeoVista Software from July 1999 to January 2000, a which he co-founded and where he was instrumental in shifting the NeoVista 's strategy from offline to online analytics, subsequently increasing its valuation by seven fold in just six months. From March 1995 to March 1996, Mr. Becher served as Director of Applications of MasPar Computer Corporation. He served as a Director of Pilot Software Inc. He serves as Director of Churchill Club. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, an active member of the performance management community, and author of multiple papers on a wide range of subjects. Mr. Becher has a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from University of Virginia and an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Duke University.
