Savory Restaurant Fund Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I love that my hard work is recognized at the end of every year with an above-industry standard pay increase.

Overall comp is good. The match on the heath benefit side is probably the best part.

Review from Operations Dept

I believe the pay is fair and the benefits are fine.

Review from Finance Dept

Free snacks in the office!

Insurance benefits are nice for me

Review from Marketing Dept

It would be a combination of my salary and time off.

Review from Operations Dept

Good question... Not sure to be honest haha

Review from Marketing Dept

I feel that my compensation is competitive to what is happening in market and I appreciate that I am clear on what it takes to reach/attain more!

Review from Finance Dept

Monthly food budget to the brands

Review from Marketing Dept

The HSA Employee Match program

Review from Finance Dept

The potential to earn large raises within the first year of employment.

Review from Finance Dept

Unlimited PTO and the chance to try the different restaurants

I have not yet received benefits since I have just started.

Review from HR Dept

HSA Match, Worksite Lunches & Soda.

Review from HR Dept

Unlimited PTO And the fact that the company is covered by insurance costs for multiple months on my behalf

Good salary and profit sharing/vesting equity in our business.

Review from Operations Dept

Health insurance is good and affordable

The company match for the HSA increases with tenure and becomes very significant the longer you stay.

Review from Finance Dept

The flexibility off time off. No one is tracking your time...as long as you are getting your work done. If something comes up I never streess about taking the time off.

Review from Operations Dept

The room for growth and willingness to have conversations about it.

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Although the team executives are great, I feel sometimes they're missing some small details that can be easy to overlooked. If brought up as a team member, it might come across as ungrateful, specially if they're unable to meet those requests.

I know people outside of this company who do the same job as me and I'm underpaid. Plus cost of living has gone up like crazy and they haven't increased my pay to keep up w COLA. My health insurance has too high a deductible = inaccessible health care (too expensive, can't afford it but I need it)

Review from Marketing Dept

I am only an intern... so I don't expect a typical salary, but in this economy and with inflation, I am not being paid enough.

Review from Finance Dept

I definately feel valued and respected

Review from Finance Dept

If there was a clear path to compensation growth or a structured bonus plan, that would be best.

Review from Finance Dept

Compensation is below market for the job title and duties involved

Review from Finance Dept

Market value should be considered when negotiating pay
