Overall, I have had a good experience. It is a cool company to be a part of.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to problem solve things effectively and efficiently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is respectful and friendly and they don't take themselves to seriously.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am only an intern... so I don't expect a typical salary, but in this economy and with inflation, I am not being paid enough.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a lot of opportunities to interact with other departments and meet people. The free food and other team building experiences are a prime example of this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like Andrew and the energy he brings to work everyday; he has built a really cool company. I like the free food and bonding experiences that Savory frequently provides. I like that I am not micro managed.
