Everything is Great, I love everything.
Great benefits package overall. I have worked in 3 different countries and Schindler always make sure to have a competitive package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not enought avalible time for project completition. Sallary is bad for the responsibility you have. And with the mobile app the freedom you had is gone wich was the thing i liked the most. The mobile app is not suited for small countries, it makes things much worse.
When doing 3 people's jobs and getting paid for 1 persons asking HR and your manager and them replying no problem, after 5 other new bosses 1yr later and still no compensation. Very sad for a company to treat employees that way. Time to move on to a company who appreciates you for you.
