To improve conditions for employees. Stop acting like you care about our safety and stop lowering our avalible work hours. Stop being greedy dictators, start being leaders. The firm has a big potential to make everyone happy if u wont totally ruin it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not enought avalible time for project completition. Sallary is bad for the responsibility you have. And with the mobile app the freedom you had is gone wich was the thing i liked the most. The mobile app is not suited for small countries, it makes things much worse.
When doing 3 people's jobs and getting paid for 1 persons asking HR and your manager and them replying no problem, after 5 other new bosses 1yr later and still no compensation. Very sad for a company to treat employees that way. Time to move on to a company who appreciates you for you.

Work ethic, professionalism, honest, supportive, fun.
Everyone is so nice buttt No Proper communication
Everyday's support, openness for innovative sometimes disruptive ideas.
Service tehnicians are a good team. We help eachother a lot. But with this new work conditions (the mobile app) we are slowly disintegrating.
