Be more understanding and more pay considering the covid 19 inflation
Profit sharing and field bonuses
Compensation is not as per the industry standards, all the perks and benefits are given to leadership team and above managerial levels. Freshers and mid level employees doesn't receive any benefits
Have not had a raise in five years, they took away all bonuses. this year they finally gifted me with 3%, all while managers still enjoy year end bonuses and yearly cost of living increases.
salary is undervalued and it is better if it is increased
better compensation for the time worked at the company
The measure of the work is normally more than it should be and there is no recognition for it when all goes well. There is too much sarcasm and behind the curtain criticism. It feels more like a politics game than a team and there is no interrest in changing things for the better.
Review from Product Dept
Yes, undervalued. Stock options are worthless because we could not support the business during the downturn because authority to make decisions was pulled from the front line managers. We need more rewards for the mid level managers/employees that are the nuts and bolts of the business
