Some of the equipment is pretty good and there are moments when you are out of the country, in delegations to different Schlumberger bases when you feel appreciated.

Stop the blaming and finger pointing culture, provide constructive feedback to employees,to foster regular interaction and highlight an employee's work in a spirit of continuous improvement. Focus on employees professional growth and innovation like in the past.
More focus, clearer and more consistent priorities, doing less things but doing them better.
