I think, each team member is a great person and strong professional, but everyone seem to be demotivated at the moment. Therefore, we dont work as we used to. There is the separation between executive team and mid / upper mamagement.

Most of people have accepted the hire and fire culture of the organization and no one is really bothered to bring new initiatives or put of the box thinking all of us are either trying to save our jobs or searching for new jobs

Don't buy a company when you don't understand their operations and then try to change them to fit your idea of what it should be. Consumer confidence in our product and services has fallen to an all time low.
