I love how much they care about the Scholastic Mission and Values, constantly keeping the customer and employees in mind when building our company priorities. The best managers and directors embody this dedication and inspire everyone on the team to work together to build the future of our company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I honestly think Scholastic benefits are on par with the best in the country. I feel my role deserves to be paid a more comparative salary to others in my field, but I also know management works to continually reevaluate that standard and I see the results of that review in my compensation package.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job. It allows me to bring all of my creativity and problem solving skills to the table. I get to constantly do new things and find ways to do better. I get to share my journey with others so they might improve as well. It becomes an adventure every day, even on the hardest ones.
