The place has something about it that just brings out total confidence in a person
The fact that our customers are children, and they can be very demanding. My job really isn't hard work
They hold meetings a couple times a year, with their production workers to give everyone feedback and to share new projects in the works and what to expect
We can all communicate with one another, we have a good time at work, you really get to know the people you share work space with for the last several years
There are many, many different cultures represented there, when you look around you, there are people from Jamaica, Mexico, phillipines, Lebanon, Ukraine, Egypt, I could go on and on, and it's awesome because everyone is the same. You learn so much.
I feel very under-valued. I've been there 5yrs and only make 10 cents more an hour than people who just walk through The door. I realize they have to have a good start pay so these people will want to stay, but for your seasoned workers to have to train, they should be paid accordingly.
