I honestly think Scholastic benefits are on par with the best in the country. I feel my role deserves to be paid a more comparative salary to others in my field, but I also know management works to continually reevaluate that standard and I see the results of that review in my compensation package.

Meetings are a mixture between working hard and building connections and understanding between teammates. Building report between colleagues is essential to building team collaboration, especially when you have remote team members. This helps breakdown silos.
