Outdated leadership styles, bureaucratic, lot of red tapism, insecure leaders who have no clue how to manage people, and a worthless HR team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I put in a lot of time and effort to meet the companies standards but feel overlooked.
Below industry standard compensation, no rewards or recognition, no bonus/incentives for high-performing employees on achieving milestones.

Very hardworking individuals on their own right, though they badly need a better department head.

Very hostile environment, people lack basic professional etiquette, very un-friendly colleagues, boring offices in US with no fun at all.

Entire leadership needs an overhaul, an energetic HR team with better people skills needs to be brought in.
