Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Scorpion is completely lost in paying fair compensation. People have been hired to fix this issue but it has only gotten worse. Scorpion is a unique place that typical roles don't apply equally to the market. The new management doesn't understand this.
